Upon order confirmation and measurements, custom dresses typically take 2 to 4 months tocomplete, depending on design complexity. Please note that during the peak season (October to February), we have limited availability due to high demand and a full schedule. As a result, custom dresses may take 4 to 6 months to complete. We recommend placing orders early, as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis

Due to the bespoke nature of our dresses, returns and refunds are not possible, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

We ship across India (Pan India), but we do not offer international shipping. Clients outside India can arrange their own courier for pickups. Please note that shipping time is not included in the overall production timeline.
